  1. Tra Que Salad (Gỏi). Ingredients: shrimp, banana flower, onion, local mint, carrot, peanut, fried shallot, horn chili, sugar, lemon, and salt.
  1. Tra Que Fresh Spring Roll (Gỏi Cuốn). Ingredients: pork, shrimp, rice noodle, lettuce, mint, basil, chives, and rice paper

  1. Tra Que Mixed Vegetables Cooked in Clay Pot (Rau Kho Tộ). Ingredients: aubergine, tofu, mushroom, carrot, Chinese cabbage, cauliflower, tomato, pineapple, spring onion, capsicum, sugar, vegan seasoning powder, tomato sauce, and soya sauce.
