Tour lasts from 4 up to 5 hours and starts at around 08:30 am
Our local Chef will meet you at your Hotel. Drive to a local traditional market for a visit. Continue driving to Tra Que Garden Cooking Class which is located at the heart of Tra Que Organic vegetable Village. Enjoy welcome drink then stroll around the vegetable village with your Chef before joining the farmer to see and to practice the traditional farming methods in preparing, and fertilizing the land with organic source of fertilizer such as seaweeds, wild weeds, soybean or peanut residue after oil extraction, or cow dung. The following steps are raking the ground, sowing or transplanting vegetables, watering, and some other gardening activities. After farming experience, you will take a break then have relaxing foot massage which is a health treatment with traditional medicinal herbs before taking part in preparing and cooking some of the famous local dishes including “Banh Xeo”-Local Rice-Pancakes, Banana Flower Salad, Fresh Spring Rolls, and “Ram”-Local Fried Spring Rolls with the instruction of your local Chef. Enjoy your meal with dishes that made by yourself. After the meal, take a rest before driving back to your Hotel. Tour ends.

Pickup and return from Hotel (by car/taxi and within Hoi An area only), English speaking local Chef, visit to a local market, ticket to Organic vegetable village, local special drink (from lemon basil seeds), guided walk through Organic vegetable village, farming tools, traditional foot massage, cooking materials, meal with recipes, and bottle of mineral water.
